Hi Jessica,
Thank you for hosting this wonderful gathering! It was great to see you and be part of the circle. Offering and receiving affirmations was powerful. I meditated on some of mine in the center of the labyrinth that I walked the following day. Wonderful.
Thanks and blessings,
~ Liz
Hi, my name is Stella Lefevre and I have circled with Jessica for the past year an a half. I also have been working as a group facilitator, an intern psychologist and a psychotherapist in the bay area for the past 8 years. I'm thrilled to have an opportunity to speak about Jessica's work because I have found her to be an exceptional group facilitator in terms of her ability to create safety and support for group members while holding space for their transformation to occur at their own pace. The fact that she is herself fun and full of life carries in her work and makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
~ Stella Lefevre
Jessica opens up herself and her home to our women's group in such an amazingly warm and genuine way. When I first joined, her kindness and welcoming presence immediately set me at ease. The circle is by far one of the most fabulous I've ever attended -- juicy, intimate, real, and truly supportive on so many levels.
~ Alexandra Davidson
I love circling with Jessica; she brings herself 100% to the process. Her presence is grounding as she holds space for others in a most delightful way.
~ Jamie Brown
I can count on you to listen and take in new ideas without judgment. I know you'll try it on, even if it seems foreign to you. I can also count on you for emotional support. I know you'll listen to me. I know you'll have intelligent insightful feedback. You have a beautiful way of listening to people. Really listening. I know you offer that to communities.
Your forays into the artistic world (masks, dance, and crafty things) as well as Breathwork/body movement are constantly being offered and appreciated.
~ Paget Norton
You are perceived as a woman who is seems to make it work easy, to be able to do the complete thing – “I can bring home the bacon, fry it up in the pan, and I will never let you forget you my man...” the woman who does it best - balancing it all - biz, mothering, play if I really need support, you are there. You are perceived as a leader, an alpha woman, most known for your women’s events you bring a lot of fun. juiciness, feminine juiciness, organization, bringing the women together, inspiration - a lot of the women are inspired to be like you - that they could have a kid and still have a life
I think they perceive that they could learn a lot from you. You bring a lot of grace and ease
~ Y. Regal
Your supportive listening, your ability to connect people, cool events that are worth attending, your completely enjoyable feminine wiles. Your appreciation, your friendship, your delightful personality, the benefit of your life experience, the shining example of vulnerability AND owning your power that you are, your beauty, the way you are a committed single parent who also has a life of her own, your sisterhood, the example that you are of positive co-parenting with your ex, integrity, always growing and evolving, fun, play, willingness to be in the flow and roll with the punches.
Women would say that you are a connector of women and your close friends would say that you are a trustworthy friend and Sister.
~ Karin Wertheim
Your willingness to be you fully and openly in community is a great example for people. Also you’re training around embodiment. For women; offering a lot around healing wounds and stepping into their power. You are also a great example of someone who walks the talk navigating relationship dynamics.
~ Mel Hall
Jessica,
Ive worked in a lab with a woman, Dr. Carol George, who did alot of work and wrote book about these subjects and to be honest...id rather do that kind of work with you then her.
You are a very intuitive woman and your work with coaching and nlp, i am sure benefits you in many ways. On the average, when sharing with you my problems, my time spent with you has always left me feeling more grounded.
~ Jocelyn
If you are doing battle against personal demons, Jessica is the one you want by your side. She allowed me to be completely honest about what I want and who I am. Talking with her, there is never any need to hide.
She gave me the perfect mixture of empathy and nuts & bolts advocacy. When I got to those places where I felt stuck, she helped me to see the way to move forward. She awakened in me an awe in myself and a belief in my capabilities that I never had before. Rather than giving me answers, she helped me to see the answers that were already inside of me. Now I am much more confident in the "rightness" of my path, and my ability to stay on track towards my goals.
~ Harmony Niles
Jessica - your relationship to accountability is (and always has been) inspiring to me. What I love most about it is that you ""mean it"". You tend to live your words in this area like few people I've ever known. Bless you.

Hey Jess,
Thank you for this post, and for your "going deeper" follow-up post. I
was moved and opened by them. I think that you share a gift with people
over email, with how authentic and reak you are, and how much enthusiasm
you express in your words.
Stay bad,
~ Adam C.
Hi Jessica,
I want to tell you how inspiring your email is. It feels great to know
that we are having such a deep impact on folks beyond just the weekend.
That is our goal and it feels really good to actually hear about it.
Thank you so much for sharing. In that moment I really
saw how we were healing the entire world. Witnessing your circle moved me
to tears, and hearing how you are doing now just makes me feel great.

Jessica,
Your beautiful email brought tears of joy and gratitude to my eyes. Thank you for bringing yourself so fully to your Arête Experience & making it such a line of demarcation for the life you want and the beginning of new way of being with your child. Thank you for reminding me why I have dedicated my life to this work. What you’ve shared makes it all worth it. Thank you.
Love,
Guy S.
Great discussion. It’s funny how easy it is to get moral and sanitary when we talk about anger. Perhaps this is because (at least with myself) our association with anger is someone always gets hurt; we collapse anger with violence and therefore get “hands off” with anger. However if we take the concept “anger” out of the experience of anger a whole new world opens up.
~ Guy S.
Hey Jess!
Wow, you totally rock. Thank you for sharing this. I am so happy to have you as a sister and a life inspiration! I would love to know more about this Mindful Moms group that you're in. You and I seem to be on the same page with parenting concepts as far as I can tell, so it's probably something I would like. Also, I've been in two mothers' groups that basically dissolved, so I'm really looking for one that is reliable.
Much love,
~ Karin W
