One thing I see time and time again working with business clients, is the most common mistakes of small business owners; looping on problems that won’t matter in the long run anyway and not taking the right risks – letting unknown opportunities pass by while feeling stuck and trying to “work it out” on their own

A few months ago my Monday evening women’s circle set 6 month goals around $, career, even relationships, etc…Now, after only 4 months, almost all of their goals have come to fruition; some of the women have drastically different lives, already.

I think of women’s circles as catalysts for women masterfully creating what they want in their lives – we can dance more consciously with our power, actually allowing its intensity to come out and play.

The women:

Most of the women in these circles range in age from about 35-60. This collection of teachers, psychotherapists, mothers, Ph.Ds, professors, designers, entrepreneurs, artists are warm, friendly, emotionally mature and take pleasure engaging in the arena of personal growth and self-reflection.

Where:

Groups meet every-other week in the East Bay (East SF Bay Area) at my home, just 5 min N. of Berkeley, in El Cerrito

Your Commitment:

• Circles are 2.5 hours long and meet every other week (this means 2-3 facilitated circles per month) I highly recommend a 6 month commitment, at least to ensure full integration of all coaching and materials. In this way each woman feels supported while implementing her new strategies and tools.

• The fee for the Business Mastery Circles is $150 month, giving you just pennies on the dollar for up-close and personal business coaching. - by comparison -  many professional business coaches charge hundreds of dollars per month making the Business Mastery Circles a great opportunity and option for any woman who cannot engage in 1-on-1 coaching due to budgeting constraints -OR- who just thrive in the energy, support and excitement of a group setting with the same functional results as 1-on-1 sessions
